Departmental Administration, Calendar entries, data entry, setting appointments, find & booking travel, make documents beautiful, web research, running company's PR, document organizer, sending emails, transcribing written notes, letter writing, PowerPoint, copy and paste, typing etc.

Marketing Support is key to maintaining the relationship between the agency and the client. MS's are the liaison between the client and the creative team to ensure the client's needs and goals are being met on every project. The MS also manages pitches to the client, the client's ad budget and generally handles around four non-competing client accounts at a time.
Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree and/or three years of experience in the field. The ability to manage a wide variety of tasks at one time is a must with a strong emphasis on leadership.
