Summary and Skills
Excellent in communication and organisation skills and desire to learn and progress within the company. Able to perform both personal and team work related tasks. Departmental Administration, Calendar entries, data entry, setting appointments, find & booking travel, make documents beautiful, web research, running company's PR, document organizer, sending emails, transcribing written notes, letter writing, PowerPoint, copy and paste, typing etc.
Must be able to type/speak English. Advance in MS Office and MS Excel. Very basic web design also a plus. It will be a big variety in tasks - everything from document tender to company proposals. Fun and challenging for the right person. have experience in design industry or same field is a plus.
